Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIMES:

All orders ship from our shop here in Evans, GA, within 7 business days. It is our desire and often our achievement to provide an even faster turnaround time, which includes successfully shipping your order the same day it is placed! How's that for southern hospitality?!

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES:

Once your order has left our shop, it should arrive within 2-5 days to U.S. addresses, based upon our shipping method. International/Military APO orders transit times can range anywhere from 1-6 weeks.

If you need an expedited order or would like to check on our exact fulfillment time, please reach out at hello@intercedingdesign.com with the subject title: JUST CHECKING IN and we will get back to you within 1 business day.

PREORDERS:

Some of our special series products will be available for preorder weeks before they are physically available to ship. Preorder status and estimated timelines will be emphasized on these products. Please understand timelines are subject to change with preorders, but we will communicate this to you upon your order. We will, however, ship out other items placed with preorders ahead of preorder item's availability.  

SHIPPING ADDRESS:

Respectfully, as our customer, it remains your responsibility to provide us with an accurate and up-to-date shipping address. 

If you need to change your shipping address, please email us with your order number and the correct shipping address at hello@intercedingdesign.com with the subject title: ADDRESS.  You must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to change your address. If you order has already shipped before you contact us, we are unable to change your shipping address. If an item is not delivered because of an inaccurate shipping address, a full refund or replacement order is not guaranteed. We are only going to ship the product to where we were told to ship it to within the order.
